Mr. Kyle Erickson (Principal)

Principal

Kyle Erickson graduated from Concordia University Nebraska in 2005. He received a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, a minor in Physical Education, and an endorsement in Special Education. He took his first call to Cross Lutheran Church and School in New Braunfels, TX. There he served as the 3rd grade teacher, 4th grade teacher, and Athletic Director. In 2015, Kyle took a call to Trinity Lutheran School, where he currently serves as the principal.

Kyle is married to Angela Erickson. Together, they adopted four children: Annalisa, David, Sophia, and Lucy. Kyle enjoys spending time with family, and fishing.

Ms. Gwen Marshall (Preschool Director & Lead)

Gwen Marshall came to Trinity in August 2018 after 25 years at Trinity Lutheran in Denver.  She has also taught at Lutheran schools in Ponca City OK, Tulsa OK, and Boulder CO.  She has a Bachelor’s degree in elementary education from St. John’s College in Winfield, KS.  Her Master’s degree in early childhood education is from UNC.  Gwen is an avid sports fan; she has been a Rockies’ season ticket holder since 1996.  She has always loved cats and currently shares a home with Samson Pooh Kitten-Marshall III.

Mrs. Mary Schultz (Preschool Lead)

Early Childhood Lead Teacher

Mary Schultz is a graduate of Concordia College, Bronxville, NY, with a BS in elementary education. She has over 31 years of classroom and homeschool teaching experience, having taught in many different settings, both public and parochial.

Mary and her husband, Rev. Greg Schultz, live in Milliken, Colorado, with their cat, Daisy.  They have three grown children, and three grandchildren.  When she is not in her classroom, Mary loves gardening, cooking, and making quilts. She feels blessed to be part of the Trinity family.

Mrs. Angela Erickson (Grades 3-5)

3rd-4th Grade Homeroom Teacher

Angela is married to Kyle, and together they have four children – Annalisa, Sophia, David, and Lucy. She received a double degree from Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska, in Elementary Education as well as Youth Ministry. She served at Cross Lutheran Church and School for eight years, first as Director of Christian Education and then as Middle School Language Arts lead. Angela grew up in Greeley, and attended Trinity as a student herself. She is blessed to serve Trinity currently as the Director of Christian Education and 3rd-4thgrade teacher.

Mrs. Shannon Conner (Grades 1-2)

Shannon Conner

1st-2nd Grade Homeroom Teacher

Shannon Conner teaches 1st-2nd grade homeroom and Physical Education. She has a degree in Outdoor Physical Education from the University of Northern Colorado. She did her Professional Teacher Education Preparation (PTEP) at Trinity Lutheran School under Mr. Larry Whitney in 1999. Shannon taught Physical Education at Thornton Elementary in Thornton, CO. She then taught Physical Education at Windsor Middle School in Windsor, CO.

Shannon is married and has two girls in which keeps her busy. She enjoys quilting, reading, volleyball, and the beach.

Mrs. Kathy Windsheimer (Kindergarten)

Kindergarten Homeroom Teacher

Kathy Windsheimer is the Kindergarten homeroom teacher and also teaches 3rd-8th grade social studies.

Kathy grew up in Fremont, Nebraska, where she graduated from Fremont High. She went on to attend Wayne State College in Wayne, Nebraska. She graduated with a BA in education and furthered her education in Montessori.

Kathy is married to Doug Windsheimer. She has five children, four grandchildren and a pet dog. Kathy likes to read, knit, and scrapbook.
